The particular box that the KeyFolio Professional 2 emerged in shows featured functions around the back from the box; “Magnetic cover enables wake/sleep setting automatically”, it states. I has been told by means of phone from the Kensington support staff member (within India) that this model does not have this function available. I tried to spell out to her that the box says it will, to nothing apart from her peace and quiet. I then tried calling the support through their available e-mail option. I received a reply that my issue had been received and I’d be contacted within twenty four hours… this has been days in the past. I would like to return this for one that operates as explained but to date have found no one who may accommodate this action on my behalf. I wouldn’t normally recommend the purchase of any product by this particular supplier following this experience.Read related post
